Typical Reach ATS® implementations take between two to six weeks depending on individual requirements and the receipt of client deliverables.

Administrator Training

As part of our standard implementation procedure, every customer receives Administrator Training with a specific ‘Train the Trainer’ focus. We’ll deliver your Administrator Training on-site, face-to-face.  

By the end of the training, Administrators will be able to configure and manage your specific workflows including forms, communications and users, as well as managing third party suppliers.

Hiring Manager Training

Our Administrator Training ensures that you’ve got a team of people on hand who are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to train Hiring Managers to use the system.

We also offer supplementary web-based or telephone based training sessions to your Hiring Managers as well as providing them with online tutorials and user manuals.
